3. Government Employees with Specific Criteria
- Who They Are: Government workers who couldn’t get BISP before because of their jobs.
- Condition: They have a PMT score of less than 32 and earn less than 60,000 PKR.
- Outcome: They now get BISP payments until the next survey, which is usually in two to three years.
